If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had strabismus surgery today at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and the care I received truly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mohamed Beleil was my anesthesiologist -- kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. My surgeon, Dr. Arif Khan, was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. There was also a Filipino nurse (I wish I remembered her name!) who was incredibly friendly, comforting, and always happy to help with anything I needed. I'm beyond grateful for the team's care, professionalism, and kindness. Truly one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:20 this morning at Prime Care Clinic, but it is now 11:30, and I have yet to see the doctor. Despite asking at reception, I have not been given any clear explanation for the delay. This is not the level of service I expected, and I would appreciate some clarification on why my appointment has been postponed and when I can expect to be seen.
I would like to thank Dr. Arif Khan, Dr. Mohamed Bilel and RN Ma Rosario Doles for their special, excellent care that they have provided. Dr. Khan, you in particular have opened a new window to my 2months old daughter's life. We will forever be grateful for your dedication and encouragement. You were the only doctor to diagnose her after 2months of continuous visits to different doctors of different hospitals from all over the UAE. We cannot thank you enough! Our brave princess will sure tell her friends about you in the future and how you saved her life.. thank you so much for everything!
