Absolutely horrible experience! Doctor Nayla saw us once and charged 700 aed, promised to follow up and schedule another appointment which she never did. I called them twice, spoke to her assistant and she said that she would speak to the doctor and ask her to call me back. She never called. Obviously this doctor doesn't care and doesn't need any more patients. Absolutely unprofessional and arrogant. And what did I think after our first appointment? Nothing special at all, she isn't a very impressive doctor. Will make sure to write this review wherever I can and file a complaint at the ministry of Health. Being a doctor is a big responsibility that this 'doctor' obviously can't bear.
