I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. They promised saying we are the only clinic providing guarantee on permanent hair removal in 6 sessions. However, after taking 7 sessions with them I still have too much hair growth and have to go for waxing. They promised initially saying we will give you 2-3 sessions free for that also they asked me to come and show growth after 1 month and after seeing they gave me one session free. I asked them when I should come for next but for that they denied. Very very bad result still have too much hair. I have a screenshot of their message as well. Dont fool people by making fake commitments.
I had been a regular client at this clinic for laser hair removal, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During my sixth session, I developed burn marks due to incorrect laser settings. Despite informing the technician multiple times that it was burning, she refused to adjust the settings. nTo add to this, she gave me broken protective goggles and did not change eye protection while doing my face -- a serious safety lapse. nWhen I raised this concern with the clinic, instead of taking accountability, they blamed it on tanning -- which was completely untrue, as I had no sun exposure prior to my session. I also consulted their doctor, who confirmed that if the marks didn't fade within 2 months, a peeling treatment would be done free of cost. Later, the clinic backtracked on this and offered a package instead -- prioritizing revenue over responsibility. nIt's disappointing to see a clinic disregard client safety and consistency in service. There's a good chance these marks may fade over time, but the way this entire situation was handled ensures I won't be returning here, nor recommending them to anyone. nCustomer care and basic safety protocols should never be compromised in a professional setup like this. Sadly, both were lacking here.
