  Amazing service and accommodating staff. nHappy with the overall experience at the clinic, especially Ms. Fatima. She is genuinely one of the best skin therapist I have come across. She is very passionate and shows concern to her patients. From the consultation to treatment and follow ups are well done with great care. She explain the procedures properly, the products that are going to use, the pros and cons of the treatment. She is always after the welfare of her patients and doing her best to give the best result. I sincerely appreciate her effort for continuously checking on me and reminding the proper care especially when I had my fractional laser. It is really rare to find someone like Ms. Fatima. I personally recommend Caremonde and Ms. Fatima for their exceptional service.

  I recently had an experience with Caremonde Clinic that I feel compelled to share. While I must commend Dr. Anthony for his amazing professionalism and gentleness during my visit, I must express my disappointment with the clinic's management team. My experience with the management was nothing short of unprofessional. I encountered a receptionist who displayed a lack of manners and professionalism. Her response to my inquiry was rude and seemed to assume an unwarranted sense of authority. I initially had to postpone a surgery due to family reasons. They took my down payment without providing any invoice, leaving me in the dark about the financial transaction. When I inquired about the payment, they claimed it was for lab fees, but refused to provide any pricing details, insisting that it was none of my business. i believe it is the right of the patient to have detailed procing. To make matters worse, when I received the lab report, it was clear that they had conducted the tests with a significant error, mistakenly identifying me as a male when I am, in fact, female. This lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable. In addition, there was a distinct lack of customer care and proper follow-up. It's evident that Caremonde Clinic prioritizes business over patient care and lacks the necessary management and customer service standards expected in Dubai.

  Appreciation to the beauty therapist from this clinic (Ms. Fatima) she is so nice, kind and so friendly. her advice for my skin care routine help me a lot to make my skin better...and for every session, after the treatment she's even communicating to me to check my skin condition and guiding me for what I have to do.   I had my surgery yesterday at Caremonde and I must say that they are incredibly professional and super caring with their patients! This is my first time having surgery at all but I am so glad I chose them! From doctor Manoj who did my surgery down to the last doctors I met before my surgery and even all the nurses who took care of me after surgery hands down to their professionalism and most importantly giving the best care possible to their patients! Special shout out to ate Maria who is really attentive with all my concerns every time I have questions!nnThank you Caremonde and happy healing to me!
