Very pleased with the whole process; from booking only a couple of hours in advance to the service and payment. nManjeet arrived promptly and on time, calling me before she was due to arrive to ensure that I would be home. She was very polite and friendly, and completed my PCR test quickly and efficiently. Will not hesitate to use Care on Call in the future.
Very fast service and good customer service. I booked at 10pm and they reached earlier than the expected appointment. This is also an appreciation post for Ms. bhuvana as she is very professional, knows what she's doing, and very gentle during the swab test.
