I completed my medical on the 27th sep 24, and today, the 28th, I visited the Mussafah branch to collect my report. When I attempted to use the machine, a security guard approached and informed me that the machine was not working, then he turned it off. I went to the help desk and expressed my concern, but the staff member told me the same thing—that the machine had been out of order for a long time. He also mentioned that all customers were informed yesterday that physical copies of reports would not be available for the next two days. I explained that no one had informed me, and that I had come to collect the report from the machine, not from the reception. I asked to speak to someone from customer care or to be given an email address, but he did not provide one. Instead, he gave me the number 80077, which I called, only to find that the office would also be closed for two days, leaving no customer support. If the machine has been broken for months, why is it always left on? I drove to your center this morning specifically to collect my report and experienced very poor customer service. The staff acted with authority, and I felt like I had done something wrong, as if I was being called in for interrogation. It was a very poor experience overall, leaving me feeling abandoned with no help.

Visiting this center for years for the visa medical screening for my family and myself. All of the staff are very helpful and guide each and every customer. The place is very convenient with penalty of parking, no more need to drive far.nnThe service is quick, and you won't feel a minute wasted in a queue!nnAll the best to the entire team who are working here, keep it up 🏆
