Took my cat there for a trimming and grooming. The trimming was done really neatly, they handled him carefully. Overall, loved the service.

Run away from this clinic if you love you're petsnnWe took them for grooming we have 3 cats. With their steep prices we thought it's professional. Our cats don't go anywhere and they have the same routine in the room. nWe took 3 of them and 2 only got grooming and after grooming both of them had black bumpy pimples all over their skin and fungal infection and ear mites after 1 day of the grooming. And it kept increasing more and more and when we took them they were like maybe it's from outside and they took zero responsibility. After an argument on it doesn't make sense that all 3 are together but only the 2 who got grooming got infected and they got that infection 1 day after grooming. And after that argument the doctor was like oh the grooming department is not the same. Even though it's the same shop and it doesn't make sense. He said out of courtesy I'll offer medicated shower 3 times for free. However they made us pay for medications and the shampoo. Which we shouldn't even pay for anything and they have to take responsibility for it. nBasically the cats are still sick even after their 3 medicated showers and we paid more than what we already paid for. It appears that they care about the money more than the health of the customer's pets And now we decided to take them for another vet for a proper care.
