I have my wisdom tooth extraction scheduled and even postponed the original schedule because Im afraid of the pain I need to go through but I am extremely grateful to have been treated by Dr. Dheeraj Ramesh. He is very knowledgeable and have explained in detail. His gentle touch made even the Anesthesia injection pain bearable. Throughout the entire tooth extraction procedure, I did not experience any pain at all, and thanks to the medications he prescribed, I felt comfortable even after the process. Dr. Dheeraj Ramesh also makes sure to keep you informed about the next steps he will take. His assistant is equally friendly and helpful. I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned because it was always painful, but thanks to this amazing Physician, I am no longer anxious about visiting the dental clinic.

I recently visited CMC and was quite disappointed by their procedures. Unlike most medical centers and hospitals where they send for insurance approval before starting any physiotherapy sessions, here they would ask you to schedule an evaluation first with a physiotherapist before sending the claim form for approval even after already seeing the doctor. nThis feels like a backward approach and time consuming to be honest as in other hospitals and medical centers, they always send for approval first before doing any evaluation for physio sessions. nThey also charge AED 100 for a medical report so even if you have insurance, you still need to pay extra charges. It's frustrating. They also don't have a pharmacy and I had to go to an external pharmacy only to be told that I couldn't get my medications under insurance without that costly medical report. nWhile the doctor and nurses I saw were kind and professional, the overall experience at this facility left much to be desired.
A little late to post the review, but better late than never ud83dude01 Had a wonderful dental experience at Canadian Medical Center! Did my teeth cleaning & whitening with Dr Dheeraj, a dentist with a very light hand & very informative! Highly recommend him for all your dental needs.
