am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided at Burjeel Hospital. nFirstly, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of qualified nursing staff capable of properly inserting a cannula for a newborn. This is a basic yet critical procedure, and the inability to perform it efficiently and safely raises serious concerns about the competency of the medical team. nSecondly, I was disturbed to find that maintenance work was being carried out until 2:00 a.m., causing significant noise and discomfort for patients who are trying to rest and recover. This shows a clear lack of consideration and respect for the patients' well-being. nI hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed with the urgency and professionalism it deserves.
