I had my surgery done today at royal Hospital for my wrist. Dr. Saurabh has taken great care and done his best while being humble and as much as honest and straight forward as possible. I am really satisfied with the care I have been given by the OT team. special thank you to Dr Saurabh Aggarwal for being as communicative as possible I felt as if he was family and he made sure sure that I was comfortable all the time. thank you to Dr. Ragesh of anesthesia team for making sure the procedure was as less as possible painful and smooth. and thank you to Dr.Harsha of anaesthesiaology for the most comfortable, joyful and uplifting PAC. and special thank you to the OT staff for making me feel comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure and special thank you to the IP nurse Ms. Akila for taking such great care of me for every moment. I am very thankful to all these staff for using the best of the skills and communication to insure that I, as a patient, am positive and comfortable. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards Dr Saurabh Aggarwal and getting to have an opportunity to meet such an amazing human and doctor who has the best skills as a surgeon and best skills as a communicator and educator. I am so lucky to have my visits and treatments and my surgery with him. I am 100% certain that with efforts made by his wonderful team I will be able recover a hundred percent and I am certain that I reach out to talk to Saurabh Agarwal if in need of any further treatments or information and queries. Special thank you to Mr Charly Joseph for taking such great care as a surgical coordinator and keeping me updated for my case and doing his job the best. I visited the hospital for an appointment and was lucky to meet ms. Rana araikat who supported me and made my visit a pleasure. Rand is a pleasant personality who professionaly dealt with me and was welling to help and support. I highly appreciate her being there to support me. My doctor visit went smooth and managed to see the doctor on time.

My experience at this hospital has been nothing short of dreadful. I arrived at 11 a.m. for my appointment, and it's now almost 4 p.m., and I'm still waiting. Despite waiting for over an hour to see the doctor, I was informed that the delay was simply due to their slow process, not any issue with my insurance. Now, after waiting since 1 p.m., I'm still here for a simple ultrasound appointment. This level of inefficiency and disregard for patients' time is utterly unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone after this terrible experience.
Me and my husband would like to thanked everyone who was so accommodating and who attended our needs from the time of my admission, delivered my baby safely, transfer to our private room (which is very comfortable and relaxing from exhaustion) to discharged. nI would like to commend the staffs who handles me professionally and gives me support althoughout my delivery: Ms. Shalini (LDR), Ms. Ajitha (LDR), Ms. Jemfer (ob ward), and Ms. Adra(ob ward).
