I am extremely surprised and disappointed that a health institution a Hospital would put air fresheners full of chemicals all around the hospital to the extent that the smell is overwhelming and caused me sneezing and allergies. These chemicals that are spread everywhere across the hospital should be prohibited and replaced with proper hygiene and cleanliness instead of covering smells as if you entered a scented bathroom!!!
I had done my left hip surgery by DR. Oussama, he was very polite and very professional Doctor and he keeps checking on me. Miss Badrela was very nice and keep checking on me and I wish I will walk normally very soon. I was impatience in the hospital for 4 days but our physically therapy Afnan and Maribel and Manilette was very professional and treat me like their own family members. I was not even feeling that I am alone because Manilette and Afnan keep checking on me every after 15 minutes. Staffs, management and facilities are best out here.Thank you all❤️❤️❤️
This has been the most unpleasant visit for me today.nnI had an MRI done, when I called to book an appointment. The hotline 80055 told me that Dr Jaya wouldn’t be available until the week after.nnWhen i came in to see the doctor after 1 month from my initial appt. They said that I need to pay for the co-pay. I explained the situation that I am in and the front desk staff an arab male accused me of “you should’ve called in” “you should do your own follow up” He is implying that I am negligent for not booking the appointment even though the hotline staff said that Doctor is not available.nnThis frustrated me the most, is the clinic manager, Badreia Hassan at level 2 Orthopaedic. The most condescending and arrogant manager I have encountered my whole life in healthcare.nn- when I explained my situation to her, she argued with me and debated against me.nn- she said the hotline 80055 has nothing to do with the hospital. So if a mistake from the hotline, it is not the hospital’s responsibility.nn- she said it is illegal for me to see the doctor just to let him know my situation.nn- she is not compassionate at all as a clinic manager instead she said to me “You are not even paying for the medical treatment here, all covered by insurance” Her audacity is through the roof.nn- she only argues and does not offer any solutions. She deserved to get disciplinary action.nnWhat a high end hospital, but with an obnoxious staff who forgets their main objectives when they decide to work in a hospital.nnI would like to thank the filipino guy under the patient experience staff who guided and LISTEN to my situation.nnI am super upset with the situation and decided to get my day surgery done at another hospital.nnBecause I, as a patient do not deserve to feel the hostility, disrespect and unfair treatment in terms of customer service especially when I am the one paying for the services.
I recently had an appointment for my daughter with Dr. Farah at Burjeel Hospital and was very disappointed with the experience. She was not cooperative or friendly, and it seemed like she was not interested in checking patients properly. As a pediatrician, I believe she should dedicate more time and care to her patients. This was my first visit to her clinic, and unfortunately, it will be my last.
