I am so much disappointed with their call center and MRD service. Such a bad experience and every time fasle reassurance. Even no use of raising complaint ticket. On 16th I have paid the payment for Medical report at Medeor Hospital Abu Dhabi. As per them someone contact you after 3 day for your report since then I been calling them and thing is happening. Even this Monday I personally went to check on them and they said we will send you short. Still now I am experiencing such pathic and irresponsible response. Don't understand why there is a big communication gap and there is no action of your request and no action for your complaint ticket. My question, is there anyone who is cheking and mointoring these calls of customers or just for showing that this call is recorded for quality and training purposes. There is no check and balancen.
