Visited Burjeel dozens of times. Easy appointment booking. Carried out operation with Dr. Khalid from sport medical department. Satisfied with the results. Free coffee in each department is also a great advantage. Ms. Olga is so kind with patients.

The wait time for registration was over an hour, which was difficult, but once the consultation began, the staff were very friendly. Nurse Armel, in particular, was exceptionally kind and helped ease the frustration from the long wait. His attentive care and friendly demeanor made a big difference. Although the long wait time was disappointing, the service provided by the staff was very satisfying.

I recently had an endoscopy procedure and Nurse Randy was so kind during my entire stay. When I got there, Randy was so kind and gracious that it felt like home. He cared, he comforted and never made me feel less-than. From start to finish he was a true professional taking the time make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what steps were next in the process.
