It was so lovely to meet Amy, the holistic physiotherapist! Her 'pre and post natal pilates' group session, overseeing the canal, came at a great time for me, a nice mothers' day treat. I savored the after-effect, where I seem to have accessed quite a deep level of relaxation. Although there were other participants in the session, I felt the offering was customized to my needs, and I have a feeling that (somehow) the other two participants would share this sentiment. Amy's approach is evidently shaped by multi-disciplinary, in-depth expertise. She is very pleasant to be around, and I really liked the center's characteristically warm ambiance. Thank you, bmy, for the nourishing experience!
Walking into this place instantly feels like stepping into the most beautiful, welcoming home. I tried their u201cMoving Angeru201d practice and it was incredible. It's my little escape, where I'm surrounded by beauty and comfort. I absolutely love it .
