Excellent care and services provided by the doctors and nurses. The personnel was always welcoming us with warm smile. If your pet needs to stay in the Health Care Center for days, they send you updates every day on WhatsApp. It was very reassuring for me. For the past 13 u00bd years, we have been with BOVC with our dog. The service and treatments were exceptional and professional. The receptionists and assistants are friendly and welcoming. The doctors are professionals and very gentle and kind. Dr. Dieter is the most helpful person and our relationship goes way back when our dog was only 6 months old. We have been recently relocated to the Philippines and Francis, the relocation specialist was brilliant, knowledgeable and professional. He guided us on every step and took all the hassle of the the correct paperwork and ensured they are available when required. Personally, i can highly recommend BOVC.. If you look for the best, trustworthy vet and friendly staff, then visit BOVC. You will not be disappointed.
Highly recommend Blue Oasis. Almost for 15 years my 2 Chihuahuas were treated with experienced care of the team and updated medication/equipment, which are not available in all clinics. Over the years Blue Oasis proved, that it's one of the best veterinary clinics in Dubai. Moreover, the last dental procedure of my 15 years old Chihuahua went remarkably well, due to the skill and professionalism of Dr.Gilbert, Dr.Lazar and amazing team. Thank you, for keeping my babies healthy and us happy ❤️!!!
