I recently visited the Blood Donation Center, and I'd like to share my experience. nCleanliness:nThe first thing I noticed was the high level of cleanliness inside the center. All facilities were tidy and sanitized, giving a professional impression and showing care for the donors' health. nServices:nThe services provided were excellent. The staff were friendly and ready to answer any questions. Clear information was given about the donation process and what to expect. nStaff Efficiency:nThere was good coordination between the staff, which helped speed up the procedures. I didn't face any noticeable delays, as I was quickly received and the donation process started shortly after. nWaiting Time:nThe waiting time was reasonable, and I was lucky to visit the center when it wasn't too crowded. However, it seems the center has an efficient system to manage visitors. nDonor Experience:nMy experience as a donor was comfortable. During the donation, a relaxing environment was provided with music and good ventilation. After finishing, light snacks and drinks were offered to replenish fluids. nOverall Rating:nOverall, my experience at the Blood Donation Center was very positive. I encourage everyone to donate blood; it's a wonderful humanitarian act, and the center does an excellent job of making it easy.

I am a regular Platelets Donor. I am coming first time here. I think I was supposed to be here before.. Nice place, good staff. Their registration process was simple. All procedures took less time. Doctor and Staff explained well about testing and procedures. During donation I was nursed by Khezai Abu Ibrahim - is such a caring soul ❤️. Normally it's hard to find veins from my hand but he did it well and everything was perfect. Definitely I will come again after 15 days for my next bleeding. Last but not the least- all snaks and Juices was tasty ud83dude0b
