The clinic is in a great location in Ajman with good parking, and it's very clean. They have most of the laser machines I've used before, which is why I chose them. But the management really lacks customer service experience. I was promised a retouch, but when I tried to book, they kept saying they were fully booked or in a rush. I'm writing this review after a month of getting my first session of full body laser hair removal done and I'm really shocked at how hairless i was for the whole month and I'm not even faking this even though the price was bit higher than other clinics. This clinic is way more convenient honestly, i didn't want to write a review before experiencing the results. The receptionist to the laser therapist were all really kind and made me comfortable. I'll be doing my sessions every month and would like to try other treatments inshalla.

The receptionist was so nice and polite, she kindly communicated with me! And Punam was extremely helpful and amazing at her service... she was considerate and friendly yet also professional. I am really glad I chose this clinic for my laser, it was a nice experience. 100% recommend!
Just a quick note of thanks, having used lots of clinics around the globe. On this occasion I went in for a Hifu treatment which was done by Dr Rabbia, Amazing from start to finish. They had a special promo on Teeth cleaning so i decided to try it, and i am blown away by how good it was... I have literally never had a teeth clean like this, which was done by Dr Aya. Service has been excellent. Both delivered a no fuss, very relaxing service with excellent results. The price is good too. All done in a friendly atmosphere.
