I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this medical clinic in Dubai. They have a wonderful team that welcomes you and guides you to the best services available. I had a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Jose. He is confident, calm, professional, and extremely friendly, making you feel safe in his care. My experience was almost 2 years ago and I still can't get over how horrible the staff were. nAt first the staff were very sweet and hospitable. I signed all the papers and left out the paper where they ask for consent to post my pictures on social media. (However, their contracts are sneaky and you do end up giving consent since it is hidden in between the words.. Just to stay safe, don't take before and after pics) After I paid and booked for my appointment/ service, the attitude of the staff completely changed. nOn the day of my procedure one of the staff members walked into my hospital room with a cameraman and asked if he could take photos for u201cbefore & afteru201d and she mentioned that it would just be for the file and didn't ask me if it would be okay to be posted online. nAfter my surgery, the doctor was nowhere to be seen and just sent me his assistant who had no idea what the doctor did during the procedure. I asked to see him given that I was not feeling well and the nurse at the Gargash hospital was not very helpful and very selfish since he was fiddling with his phone every time he walked in to check on me. nLater on that day, I started throwing up blood and the assistant doctor came quickly and helped me. (Thank you Dr. Hussain, I am still very grateful that you were the only honest and caring person there)nnAfter I was discharged by a week, I was surprised to see that my picture was posted online. It was a video of me laying on the operation table and the doctor showing off his work to the camera while I was completely sedated. I was shocked and felt very violated since I did state before surgery while I was signing the contract that I would not allow that. nAnyway, after my husband and I spoke to them they took down the video and apologized for it but I still hate the fact that they were rude to me and made me look like a complete fool because they kept denying that there was a whole page in the contract which holds the consent for posting pictures & videos online. I was sure of it and I still remember it but they hid it and denied it. I did file a complaint to the police and the Department of Health but somehow they managed to close both cases. nI never wanted anything from them except a sincere apology and for them to admit that the paper I crossed out does actually exist. I will never recommend this place to anyone...
