Very good shopping mall, The Bin Sougat Centre is simple and nice. They provide nice ambience and good shops. There is some Government offices working inside this centre. The Spinneys outlet available in this mall. The interior designs are nice, also the smells, i really amazed. I don't know how to explain that really good. Each places have different smells. Also very calm atmosphere. Loved it.

We also continue to pay an annual maintenance fee, yet no actual maintenance is provided. nUnfortunately, the level of service and management seems to decline year after year, which is disappointing and unworthy of your reputation. nWe kindly ask you to review the current management approach and work toward improving the services offered to tenants.

This quaint shopping center, though small and somewhat aged, offers a charming experience. It caters well to local needs with a selection of common shops. Additionally, it features fine dining restaurants and some excellent perfume shops, adding a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance.
My favourite shopping mall when I'm looking for local perfumes and other things. The biggest range of reliable quality Arabic perfumes, which I love. There is also a great range of clothes, especially traditional ones. The prices, as in all Arab shops, are a little flexible and negotiable, but in any case you don't leave feeling that you have overpaid for the things you have bought. The staff are friendly, genuine. I highly, highly recommend it.
