TERRIBLE! i did 1 laser tattoo removal session here and they left me permanently scared. these people have no idea what they are doing. i'm seeing a REAL doctor and it's going to take years and several thousands of dollars to *improve the damage that Bellavera as has done to my skin. nDo not go here these people are unprofessionally and should be shut down. they ignored all my messages & complaints

It's a great place and the staff is excellent in terms of service and quality, starting from the reception team to the doctors. Especially the team that answers the phone and messages. Ms. Mona is patient and gives simple and clear answers to all questions.
I did hair Botox 3 sessions and I still don't get any results and while doing Botox I ask for darmapen but they said we don't have but then I heard from other doc that we have dermapen they kiss communicate and then they charged again for dermapen..... then my husband did laser and his all skin got burned I had really bad experience with them.......
