TERRIBLE! i did 1 laser tattoo removal session here and they left me permanently scared. these people have no idea what they are doing. i'm seeing a REAL doctor and it's going to take years and several thousands of dollars to *improve the damage that Bellavera as has done to my skin. nDo not go here these people are unprofessionally and should be shut down. they ignored all my messages & complaints

It's a great place and the staff is excellent in terms of service and quality, starting from the reception team to the doctors. Especially the team that answers the phone and messages. Ms. Mona is patient and gives simple and clear answers to all questions.

There is no managment at all in clinic, they are always confused with their work, we make booking for laser paid in advance after session they leave half of the hair, after that we call other Indian national laser doctor she make it well, the staff don't know anything how to manage on second session we book the time on call reach there on time they give other people our number who can directly and escape our number, they need proper training and English as well they were not well to communicate in English well, overall I will rate them 1 star out of 5, the team should be perfect from A to Z to manage customers, offer them quality servicennOverall bad experience and waste time plus money
