I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Sobia (Prosthetist and Orthotist at Bauerfeind), for a relative prosthetic need, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. She is very professional and dedicated to her patients, and her humanity and kindness have no words.nThe rest of the staff are also kind.nThe products are excellent in quality.nVery satisfied and 100% recommended.

I was diagnosed with a fallen arch in 2018 after a month of persistent pain. My orthopedic doctor recommended making insoles at Bauerfeind.nnI was very lucky to meet Dr. Sobia at Bauerfeind and be treated by her. When I first met her, I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. She has helped me immensely over the past 6 years. Based on my feedback to her and location of pain (in case it creeps up) she is able to identify and fix whatever the problem is in my insoles and I am able to walk, exercise and live pain-free thanks to her expert care. She is also a kind, warm-hearted person who genuinely wishes the best for her clients. Thanks a million to Dr. Sobia! I am so lucky to be your patient.

This is a perfect example for a high quality German 🇩🇪 product, totally spoiled by unprofessional Asian staff and extremely bad customer service. Good luck finding an appointment, they work only until 3 pm 🕑, closed on Sat & Sun, not ready to take appointments from noon to 1 pm, and many other days there is no one in the clinic, as they all have to attend exhibitions and seminars. The professional German educated Podiatrist was replaced by a Pakistani named Sobia. The later pretends to be a doctor 👩‍⚕️and claims that she manages the whole company and says that company has no owners. The philippino receptionist is unable to answer your questions about their products. They cancelled my order on their own after taking 50% advance. Till now I am unable to reach their senior management. The staff simply work with the concept of revenging from customers, if they complaint 🤷‍♂️ and put their staff first above the customer, pretending that customer is always wrong !!

Dr Sobia is INCREDIBLE. She’s also patient and caring. She takes her time. Does not rush you and before I knew it she solved the pain in my feet. I have been suffering with feet pain for over 10 years and I’m literally 1 visit things have already changed. I can’t wait to feel the difference in a few months. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Sobia the BEST I’ve been to!
