I bought a pair of sunglasses from Baniyas Optics in Muweilah, Sharjah with a one-year warranty. Within one month, the glasses looked like the cooling sticker had peeled off, causing the lenses to become scratched. I took them back to the store and they replaced them with a new pair. However, they told me that the warranty was now void and that I would not be covered if the sunglasses broke again. nI was very disappointed with this. I felt that the warranty was not trustworthy and that I was not getting the full value for my money. I would not recommend Baniyas Optics to anyone who is looking for a reliable warranty. nUpdate on the above review:nnThe manager, Mr. Rashid, promptly called to apologize for the communication error and assured me that further training will be provided to their staff. They have also offered a valid one-year warranty linked to my registered mobile number. Appreciate their quick and caring approach to customer service.
