I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the experience my best friend had at Badr Al Samaa Medical Centre. He arrived at the facility at 9:04 PM and underwent two blood tests in the laboratory. We waited for more than two hours for the results, which were finally released at 11:45 PM. nHowever, when the doctor came out, she appeared to be in a hurry, carrying her bag. When I asked my best friend about the findings of his laboratory tests, he informed me that the doctor did not even review or discuss the results with him. When he inquired about obtaining a sick leave certificate, the doctor simply told him to return the next day and then quickly left the premises. nI was truly shocked by this experience. It is highly unprofessional for a doctor to disregard a patient's test results and leave without providing any explanation or medical advice. As a healthcare institution, Badr Al Samaa Medical Centre is expected to uphold high standards of patient care. Unfortunately, this incident has left us deeply disappointed. Special Mention Dr. Ansha!!!! How come you become a doctor??nnI would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that patients receive the proper care and attention they deserve.
