They should ideally inform about the cost of treatments upfront, giving the patients and family members to consider the options. Instead, they proceeded with the treatments without telling me the costs, and sent me a final bill without considering if we can afford them. In addition, there is lack of communication because they said they will come after 40 minutes but they arrived after two hours.
