Dr. Murtuza is not genuine Dr. He is very greedy for money only. Very business minded. I went with a normal Back Pain and he suggested me for Ultrasound. He requested me to go to a particular centre. I think he is getting some commission from there. Even though my Ultrasound report was normal he was convincing me to do an MRI. I was shocked by this. Just for normal back ache why the doctors suggest this kind of thing for the sake of money alone. Giving shock to patients. Very clever minded Dr. Will report this to DHA.

My Self Mohamed Adil,nI was so impressed with the level of service I received at Dr. Shakir. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr.Shakir was punctual and efficient, making me feel like my concerns were truly valued. He is a good professional skill.
The clinic itself is a good place to visit a doctor--the doctors are knowledgeable, and the care provided is solid. However, I've had some ongoing issues with the overall experience that make it hard to fully recommend. nFirstly, the insurance approval process is a nightmare. It seems like no matter what insurance I have, it never gets approved smoothly, which causes unnecessary delays and frustration. Additionally, the medications prescribed are often unavailable at their pharmacy, which is another inconvenience. nI understand that each insurance has its policies, but the clinic's system just doesn't seem to work well with them, leaving patients in limbo. Another downside is the staff's language barrier. They often speak in Malayalam around patients, which makes it difficult to engage in conversations or clarify concerns. It feels like an attempt to avoid meaningful communication, which is disappointing. nThe receptionists also have different attitudes depending on the patient's ID and insurance policy, which can feel a bit off-putting. Finally, the billing team is incredibly slow, which adds another layer of frustration to the process. nOverall, while the doctors are good, the administrative side of things, insurance issues, and the lack of transparency make this clinic a less-than-ideal choice.
