  I was struggling with a frozen shoulder for a while, but thanks to the amazing care from Dr. Vivek and physiotherapist Dr. Bisma, I'm finally back to normal. Dr. Vivek was kind and thorough, explaining everything clearly so I felt reassured throughout my treatment. Dr. Bisma was excellent with the physiotherapy sessions--supportive, explaining and encouraging, helping me make steady progress. I also have to mention the reception staff, who were always friendly and made each visit feel welcoming. Overall, the team's support made a big difference in my recovery, and I'm really grateful to them all! Nabeel

  I was suffering with foot pain (bone growth) Dr. Vivek suggested me to go for physiotherapy and as per the doctor's instructions I started Physiotherapy with Ms. Bisma Ishtiaq . She is the physiotherapist in Axon & she is very professional, very kind, and she helped me by giving me some exercises. Everyday she is following up my exercises. It's really helped me to reduce the unbearable pain!!!

  We have been to many wel known clinics for dental treatment but was not satisfied. We visited Axon Rashidiya and met Dr. RUBY REHMAN, she is an amazing doctor who handles her patients in a professional way. I will recommend her 100%.

  I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with MS Bisma Ishtiaq during my physiotherapy journey. She is an outstanding physiotherapist who exemplifies everything you could hope for in a healthcare professional--knowledgeable, compassionate, dedicated, and incredibly skilled in her craft. nFrom the moment I started my sessions, MS Bisma stood out for her thorough and thoughtful approach. She took the time to carefully assess my condition, listen to my concerns, and understand the specifics of my pain and limitations. What struck me most was her ability to not only treat the symptoms but to look deeper into the root causes of my discomfort, creating a highly individualized treatment plan tailored just for me. nEach session with her was well-structured and focused, and she always explained the exercises and techniques in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure I knew why each exercise was important and how it would help my recovery, which motivated me to stick with the plan even outside of our sessions. Her instructions were clear, and she would patiently correct my form, ensuring that I was doing everything correctly to maximize the benefit of each movement. nBut what truly makes MS Bisma special is her unwavering commitment to her patients. She consistently demonstrated empathy and understanding, making me feel not just like another patient but like someone whose recovery genuinely mattered to her. She created a warm and encouraging environment, which helped me stay positive even on the tougher days of my recovery process.   A very negative experience at the reception! Went there , walked towards the receiption when no customer was around, with 3 staffs sitting there who completed ignored and acted blind with me standing there like around 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement that there is a human being standing right in front of you for your services. nHopefully, they hire better,humble, energetic,and attentive staff who has empathy there since it's a place where empathy should seriously exist!
