This clinic is well maintain in cleanliness n hygiene. Doctors and nurses are professional, they understand their patient n give enough time to examine. At the reception the staffs are so patience n polite. How can I forget the driver who is available round the clock without any hesitation. Just one call n he'll be there at your door step.

I got positive aura when i visited this. Highly recommended if you want high aura.
I recently called Aura Medical Centre in Ajman to confirm if they accept my insurance. I was assured by their marketing staff that my insurance would be accepted. Based on this confirmation, I took two hours off from work and drove from Dubai to Ajman in peak traffic, arriving at the centre around 5 30PM. It took 1.5 hours in traffic. nHowever, upon arrival, I was informed by the receptionist that they do not deal with insurance. This was extremely frustrating as I had specifically confirmed this detail beforehand. The receptionist was unhelpful and did not provide a satisfactory explanation or solution. nThis experience reflects poorly on both the marketing staff, who provided incorrect information, and the receptionist, whose attitude was dismissive. I hope Aura Medical Centre addresses this communication gap to prevent other patients from facing similar inconveniences. Very disappointing service overall.
