For diagnosis, blood test and an X-ray was requested, and the entire process--including insurance approval--was completed very quickly. I visited Aster Ortho Center in Al Qusais today. At the reception, I was informed that I would need a GP referral since my last consultation was just over a week ago by one day making me unable for a follow-up under the current policy. nHowever, Ms. Nazila at the counter was extremely helpful. She took the initiative to speak with the doctor on my behalf, understanding that I only needed to inform the doctor that I am getting better. nI truly appreciate her support and would like to thank Aster Management for having such efficient and dedicated staff.
