Had a great experience at Aster Speciality Clinic, Ajman. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sohail was kind, professional, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Special thanks to mr hari receptionist for his professionalism and smile and his help. I really had agood experience which is very rare when ever iam visiting any hospital. He was always willing to help despite the pressure he was under by other patients and he didn't even looked annoyed by it.
Long waiting time in the reception. Everything was done initially and after consultation they asked to pay for the tests when informed that there's no co-pay for lab as per my insurance policy. The real drama started - they said my company details weren't updated and I had to wait for more than 2 hours. The only response was wait for 2 minutes and that went on to 10 minutes apparently over 2 hours .!! Imagine a patient comes to the clinic around 2.30 pm and waits till almost 6 pm without getting the tests and other procedures !! Sitting idle and waiting for such hours doesn't make sense. No comments on the doctor. But the administrative team should be more proactive and professional. I hope the management takes corrective action.
