I went to clinic again and yes they didn't send, and they don't bothered at all... waste of time and very inconsiderate reception staff of Aster Pavillion... always, making the patient waiting for so long and giving wrong information. Very unprofessional.

Its such a pleasure to visit Aster Speciality clinic International city (France cluster) specificly General Doctor Jimmy Joseph. As he is very skilled professional of his job. Even i moved far away wasn't satisfied as i am served in this branch. All staff are very friendly efficent hard working. Initially, I was hesitant to visit Aster Pavilion due to the long waiting times often experienced at most Aster Clinics. However, it is the nearest clinic and has proven to be an effective healthcare provider, so I decided to schedule my first appointment with Dr. Jyoti, one of the general practitioners. Her approach was to listen to all my concerns and address them thoroughly, ensuring I followed up appropriately. nI also consulted with Dr. Kainat Azeem Gill (GP), whose diagnostic skills impressed me greatly. The treatment she recommended turned out to be highly effective, and I immediately felt confident in her expertise as she carefully addressed my concerns. nI had the privilege of consulting Dr. Koshish Shah for my orthopedic issues, and I must say he is an exceptional doctor. His calm and composed demeanor instantly puts patients at ease. His deep knowledge and expertise in orthopedics were evident through his precise diagnosis and well-explained treatment plan. nRegarding cardiology, Dr. Gowthami understands her patients' problems very well. Her positive attitude and caring approach are truly commendable. Dr. Nilusha Vadhwania, my gynecologist, is also exceptional and genuinely cares about her patients. From the moment I walked into their offices, I felt welcomed and at ease. Both doctors were thorough in addressing my concerns and explaining treatment options, which was incredibly reassuring. Their knowledge, empathy, and genuine concern for my well-being were evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Dr. Gowthami and Dr. Nilusha to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion!nnFurthermore, I am very pleased with all the attending nurses, who are kind, humble, and accommodating. nThe medtech team here is exceptional at locating even the trickiest veins. In other clinics, I've endured two or three painful attempts just to have my blood drawn because my veins tend to be difficult to access. However, at this lab, the team made it seem effortless (easy-peasy). Their skill and expertise transformed a typically challenging experience into a smooth and efficient process. I can't emphasize enough how impressive their ability is, and I truly appreciate their professionalism. nLastly, the reception team is also very kind and helpful. While the service may not be perfect due to the long queues during peak hours, they still attend to your needs with care. nMoving forward, I will exclusively visit this clinic, as they provide quality service marked by high professionalism and genuine care for their patients.

Visited Pediatric Dr. Hamid for my daughter. He is a very kind and caring pediatrician. He takes time to listen and explain everything clearly. My child feels comfortable with him, and we are very happy with the care provided.
Unfortunately the reception staff is not that much capable to handle the token system. Whoever is reaching to the counter they are getting entertained and the ones waiting for their que are just waiting. I never expected such service from Aster. I personally recommend to go to Aster only but this branch has made me very disappointed.
