I visited the clinic for my approved ultrasound procedure (retroperitoneal, including renal, aorta, and lymph nodes). Upon arrival, I was surprised that neither the nurse nor the doctor confirmed whether my bladder was full before starting the procedure, despite the importance of this detail for accurate imaging. During the transvaginal ultrasound, I inquired about the status of my bladder, as I have a known bladder issue and was under the impression that this was part of the test requested by my doctor. The doctor responded that this would require a different test, but the nurse then clarified that it was indeed included in the original request. nThis inconsistency was concerning. The procedure was abruptly stopped, and I was asked to wait outside and drink more water, which I found to be disorganized and unprofessional. I believe clear communication and proper preparation are essential, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
I've been visiting Aster Royal for my laser appointments, and I truly can't recommend Mona enough! She is absolutely amazing--so polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes such good care of my skin and always goes the extra mile to share helpful tips and advice. What I appreciate most is how genuinely she cares about her clients. It really shows in the way she works and communicates. I've already referred her to my friends, and I'll always keep going back to her.
