No Improvement in Service for YearsnnFor the past few years, I’ve noticed absolutely no improvement in the service. Even if you book an appointment, the entire process takes forever—30-40 minutes just to see the doctor and then another 30-40 minutes at the pharmacy. This happens no matter what time you visit.nnOn top of that, there’s been no change in the behavior of the staff. They are completely indifferent and seem least bothered about the customers or their concerns.nnIt’s disappointing to see such poor service and a lack of accountability for so long. Immediate improvement is needed, but sadly, it feels like no one cares.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ms. Reeba Sadik Parker and her team. I had an appointment at 7:20 PM, but despite arriving at the pharmacy around 8:10 PM, the medicines were not ready. You committed to home delivery, but at 10:10 PM, you called to inform us that the delivery would be delayed to the next day.nnLet me remind you, these are medicines, not gift articles or chocolates that can wait. Medicines are crucial for fast recovery, and such delays show a lack of understanding of the urgency involved.nnAnother issue is the excessive waiting time at your pharmacy. Why does it take 40-50 minutes just to provide medicines? Are you manufacturing them on the spot? This inefficiency is unacceptable and points to a serious need for improvement.nnPlease work on enhancing your service and prioritizing customer needs. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied.
Service is very bad, I am totally disappointed. They are taking too much time to assist and keep the patient waiting for such a long time that's really hit the nerve. I would recommend none to experience the same.
Time wasted. I would appreciate it if you could tell the staff so that the patient is aware of the lead time for receiving medication. Even with more than 5 staff members, it takes more than an hour to receive the medicine. Poor service.
All good .. But they are taking nearly 30 -40 minutes to issue medicine … I could see on my NAS app at what time approval received and I got medicine after 35 minutes ! They must understand the value of tine ! A patient cannot sit for log time ! The management must do the needful to reduce the Delivey time !
