I went this evening to get the medicines the doctor from the clinic recommended. The staff told me to wait as she will prepare my medicines. She called me and said that my medicines were ready and that she'll explain to me the dosage and how to administer. I am the most patient and polite person but if you are to call me just to entertain other customers who came after me, what is the point? There were 2 staff at the time and the other one could've attended to the other customer. Was it because I was paying with insurance?nI was so pissed to be honest. It was not fair and professional at all. The staff can do better. Hence I am leaving this one star rating. Treat everyone fairly.

Visited aster pharmacy today for myself. It was very nice approach from staff. She explained very well about the medicine dosage and timings... Dispensed my medicine very quickly also...

-0 Star to Aster Pharmacy @ Dubai Land,,, Worst customer service. 1) 3 times 1 visited medicine are not available. 2) staff are not at all cooperativen3) staff need to take training to be more helpful as they are supplying life saving medicines and need to be more careful. 4) after 5 day regular follow-up finally I got my medicine that also with pending sticker and god knows when i will get full medicinennWorst Pharmacy ever,,, please avoid going if not that emergency.....(-0 rating)
