I called the CC care to asking to arrange a medicine from Buhairah but she routed me to Muweilah stating this is closer and I might get the delivery in 90m max.. it's been 6hrs now and there is no update from the CC agent or muweilah aster pharmacy, very unprofessional behavior

I'm extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the team responsible for delivering my medicine. The delivery was delayed without proper communication, and the excuses given were unacceptable and careless. When it comes to healthcare, timely and respectful service is crucial, and sadly, that was not my experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service standards.
