I recently visited Aster Pharmacy on King Faisal Road in Sharjah, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had to wait over 45 minutes to receive my medication. The lack of an organized token system made the process frustrating, as prescriptions are simply dropped into a tray with no clear order of service. nThis inefficient management led to a chaotic environment, and it felt like no one was taking charge to streamline the process. I understand that pharmacies can be busy, but better organization is essential for customer satisfaction. nI hope they consider implementing a token machine or some form of queue management to improve the experience for future customers.

Very slow staff, not organized on the queue. the others who came after me were the ones who received their medicines first before me, They didn't even bother to smile or greet the people coming in front of them or to tell how long will it take for the insurance to be approved or to even tell that it will take time so we can do some other stuffs we have to do outside then comeback. nYou can even hear the staff fighting over some customer's concern. Poor of communication. nIf I can give 0 stars I will.

2 people attending all the customers are extremely slow and takes about 10 minutes with each patient. When asked them about it I was told thats how slow the process is . It is manual work. I had 3 patients before me, had to wait 30 mins for 2 normal medications
Fast service by the pharmacist, as I told I was not feeling well she done insurance approval fast and gave the medicine... pharmacist athira..thanks for the fast service...
