I visited the Aster JLT pharmacy today and Ms Archana George there was very helpful. My insurance rejected a medication and she specifically called the insurance to check for the reason and the reason was that they needed a different prescription for that. She resubmitted it and it got covered. Generally my experience with other pharmacy including some hospitals pharmacy is that they simply say the medicine is not covered and rarely try and find the reason. Hence I appreciate Ms Archana's effort. It was an expensive medication and I would have ended up spending from my pocket had she not double checked with my insurance! Thanks

Very slow service, and the team lacks knowledge about their own system management. They submitted my prescription request to my insurance four times, and after waiting almost an hour, they informed me that they don't have the stock. Additionally, their system is slow in checking the availability of the medicine in their other stores. Total waste of time. Date: 21st May, 2024.
Best pharmacy around! The customer service is incredible and everyone is super friendly, specially Judy! It's refreshing to find a pharmacy with a staff like Judy that makes you feel like you can ask anything and get an informed answer. She always goes above and beyond customer needs and provides personal service. Also, the pharmacy makes you feel welcome and in good hands for all your pharmaceutical needs. I highly recommend them!!!
