Medcare and aster are working together, first they force you to take the medicine from their own brands, then make you wait a lot standing on your feet for the medicine, then after waiting they say sorry we don't have the medicine we will have it delivered. Then it never gets delivered. Worst patient service ever.

Very unprofessional staff. They do not care for patients. I was supposed to get the medicines delivered on Tuesday. The pharmacist mentioned she will call me, but no response till now. You should contact the patients rather asking to write them

I called several times to this pharmacy number and they hung up on me. I called many times because i needed a medicine and i couldn't go by myself there to get and I wanted delivery. This is the worst thing that could happened, thanks God was not a critical emergency but this is Terrible. I never received any answer at any moment i just had to called other pharmacy

They took prescription from a d said they will deliver. 1 week passed and nothing happened then i discovered that they forgot about the medicin they didnt even send to insurance
The staff is unprofessional. I submitted my child's prescription and was promised delivery within four hours. However, it has been over eight hours, and the medicine still hasn't arrived. I've called several times, but they deliberately ignore calls, as I've noticed on other occasions when I've visited--they do this even when they aren't busy. Now, I'm forced to go there in person to collect the medicine that should have been delivered hours ago. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've encountered such poor service.
