Aster Pharmacy – Damascus St., Al Qusais, next to Aster Clinic (Alfa)

Worst pharmacy services have to wait even there is no patients and the staffs are so slow and lazy. i wish to give 0 star.please the higher management have to take a proper action to provide good service to their customers

Very slow and poor customer service. No priority even based on the token taken. Have taken the token at 1:36 PM and still waiting. While asking they are saying waiting for the approval. The pharmacists are busy over the phone calls rather than the waiting customers. While other aster pharmacies take 10-15 mins for receiving the medicine, this pharmacy is different from all other aster. Taking too much waiting time for the delivery of medicine. There is no TAT for the delivery of medicine from the time the Token had taken

I had an amazing experience at Aster Pharmacy, Al-Qusais, thanks to [Doctor’s Ditty]. The clinic is nice but the pharmacy is very disorganized and they don't know where things are kept. Waited for 20 minutes and decided to take my prescription meds to mirdif. There are 4 of them and 3 patients . Never coming back . This was on a Sunday afternoonnnEdit* , Not sure how to reply to the comment below so I'm just going to reply to it here. People have been complaining for months now and there is still no change. If y'all were serious about improving customer service you should send someone to the pharmacy and do a mock purchase and analyse the results for yourself.

Worst experience with aster pharmacy ilat Damascus Street.. pharmacy not capable of quick service, even for insurance approved. There is no priority for pregnant women to be waited for more than 1 hr. This is happening 3-4 times. Aster needed bit more employees during weekdays and evening.
