This pharmacy is fantastic! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. They go above and beyond to ensure you understand your medications and answer any questions. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the essentials.

The service was extremely poor. It seems they don't understand the concept of appointments. I scheduled one for 9 pm and arrived at the clinic by 8:50 pm. However, I was left waiting until 10 pm, and my turn still hadn't come. My appointment was for my wife, who was unwell. I ended up finding another hospital nearby and took her there instead. At the time, Aster Clinic had only one doctor managing around 20 patients. It was a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I definitely won't be going back.

I've been a customer of this pharmacy for couple of years, and I'm consistently impressed by their service. I really appreciate Mr. Anoop's and his team's friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency..!

Very bad service, too much waiting for no reason and they tell younthat they will send the medicine for your home and they don't how to redeem the medicine with the insurance and after several try without changing the medicine I get it from another pharmacy, be careful and check the medicine before you take it
The waiting time at this pharmacy is unreasonably long. I hope they can streamline their process, add more people to the counter to provide efficient service. I have visited other Aster Pharmacies, but none had delays as bad as this one. Additionally, they advertise free delivery on their banners but refuse to provide the service.
