Good experience at this clinic. Staff are friendly and attentive, Front desk have professional attitude big thanks to Ms Alyssa for her service. facility is clean and well-maintained, with positive atmosphere. Also need to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the support of the -handsome manager (i do not know his name- whom he was asking all patients in waiting area if their requirements were attended yet.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment due to the behavior of the Philippine receptionist. She displayed unprofessionalism and a disrespectful attitude towards customers. Instead of offering assistance, she engaged in an argument, which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. It's essential for customer-facing staff to be courteous and helpful, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the overall customer experience.
