I am writing this review to express my happiness and satisfaction with the gynecology department at Aster Jubilee. I am under the care of Dr. Anitha Sophia Biju, and she has truly given me hope and helped resolve my issues. I had consulted many doctors before, but none of them gave me the confidence and comfort that she did. She is warm, calm, friendly, and provides the right treatment with genuine care. I would also like to thank the patient coordinator, Aswathy, who manages everything so well. And a special mention to the nurses Josmine and Chithra—they are truly angels. And also vinu who is dealing with the customer service.. i really appreciate his patience , and the warm welcome smile that he carries 👏.The entire gynecology team is a complete package of love, care, and hope. I wish all of you the very best. Please continue the great work. I would also like to mention one more thing. I had an emergency one night and went to Aster Hospital Mankhool, and it was a nightmare for me. The way they handled patients and the level of care were both extremely disappointing—absolutely zero. The next day, I immediately returned to my regular team.

The overall service and facilities are good. However, there are a few important areas that need attention. Firstly, the air fresheners used in the facility are extremely strong, making it uncomfortable to sit and wait. Such strong fragrances can be overwhelming for many patients, especially those sensitive to odors. Additionally, artificial air fresheners are known endocrine disruptors, and not all patients can tolerate them. A milder or fragrance-free alternative would be more considerate of patient well-being. Secondly, while it is appreciated that water filters are available, the plastic cups provided appear to be of low quality. Drinking hot water from such plastic cups raises health concerns. Kindly consider safer alternatives such as paper cups or heat-safe, BPA-free options. Lastly, appointment scheduling for physiotherapy or MRI takes an excessively long time. Even after approvals are completed, patients are required to follow up multiple times to secure an appointment.
