I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Davinder from Radiology and Nurse Supervisor Mr. Peter, who recently attended to my wife, Frida Jane Punzal, during a procedure in the MRI room. Only Mr. Peter found the main vein and handled the cannula insertion with exceptional care and gentleness, ensuring my wife felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Their professionalism, calm demeanor, and compassionate approach truly stood out. We are deeply grateful for their support and dedication. Thank you so much, Mr. Peter and Mr. Davinder!

The hospital procedure is a waste of time. My appointment was at 11 and the front desk called me at 11.45. I consult the doctor and it was prescribed to have x-ray. I went to the billing counter for co-payment and where it was mentioned to move forward to the X-ray. nI reached the X-ray room which shows the sign board of occupied(pic attached). Even though I lost my time I patiently waited over there thinking someone will show up. At last, after 10min of waiting, a cleaning staff showed up and verified that the room is empty. nI reached to the ground floor front desk again enquiring about the X-ray then I received the most hilarious message that I need to wait another 15min. nSuggestions to the new visitors aren1) avoid appointmentn2) if you receive a slip from any department don't wait thinking that they will call. Go check yourself even at the nursing station. 3) token numbering system- don't panic the numbers are not worth it, as it's not in an orderly manner. nMy humble suggestion is to avoid this hospital, if you don't have time or you have something scheduled you want to attend to. If you have time enjoy the long waiting hours by using the vending machine.
