I've been visiting Aster Hospital Muhaisnah for a few years now, and I must say, the overall experience has noticeably recently. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly, making you feel more like a guest than a patient. The doctors here take the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which builds a lot of trust. nWhat I appreciate most is how organized things have become lately -- the waiting times are much better managed, and the coordination between departments seems smoother than before. You can tell they've worked on improving their services and patient care.

Great service from the nurses in counter 3, very helpful, one nurse in particular, by look of things she is pregnant, but she stood from her desk and walked with me to the reception of ER. On the other hand, majority of the nurses in ER..don't even have the decency to ask me why I was told to come to ER..they were just walking past me like I don't even exist, only the nurse in the TRIAGE room played her part well, I also noticed some nurses were in ER without uniform, some of them were even putting on sandals something I've never seen in aster hospital,.. I'm like ..are the cameras here not working??!🙃nThe only person who showed concern was the African doctor in ER. very professional.. Overall experience of ASTER MUHAISNAH was VERY BAD ( first and last time to ever visit this branch again)compared to other branches of ASTER,

Visited Aster Hospital Muhaisana today and was impressed with the quick and efficient service. The waiting time at reception has improved, billing and pharmacy were fast and smooth. Overall, a great experience -- keep up the good work!
I'm so grateful to the hospital for the incredible care I received during my appendix surgery. The doctors and nurses were amazing - so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They made a scary experience feel so much more manageable. I'm thankful for the expertise and compassion of entire staff.
