Prior to confirming my appointment, they clearly informed me about the expected waiting time, which I truly appreciated. During my consultation, Dr. Mohamed Afzal greeted me warmly and conducted the discussion in a very professional and reassuring manner. He took the time to explain my condition in detail and provided clear guidance not only regarding the prescribed medication but also on lifestyle adjustments to improve my overall health. He carefully outlined the treatment plan, issued the necessary prescription, and emphasized the importance of returning for a follow-up consultation after one month upon completing the medication. I sincerely thank Dr. Mohamed Afzal for his professional care, encouragement, and support.
I met Dr. Mohammad Afzal GP today, and it was my first consultation with him. He greeted me warmly and mentioned that he recognized me from before, which made me feel very comfortable during the consultation. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained my condition clearly, and advised me on the appropriate treatment. At the reception, there was only one staff member at the counter at that time, and there were around 5 or 6 patients waiting. Despite this, he handled all the patients very efficiently and politely with the billing. The nurse who took my vitals, Sister Sneja, attended to me very well and guided me to the doctor. Overall, my entire experience was very good. Thank you.

Very disappointed with Aster Clinic Al Nahda, Sharjah. The waiting time is extremely poor, and the reception staff take their own sweet time calling patients, making it feel like they’re doing a favor rather than providing a service. I usually consult Dr. Shahzad, who is professional, but since he was unavailable, I met Dr. Rajesh. Unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant. The doctor showed no courtesy, did not explain the diagnosis, and barely communicated. I had to ask what the issue was, only then was I told it was a bacterial infection. The consultation felt very mechanical and uncomfortable. Overall, the service quality and patient care need serious improvement.
