I visited Aster Clinic with my daughter, who needed a blood test and IV treatment. The experience was excellent! The nurses, Tincy and Megha, were incredibly professional, precise, and maintained great cleanliness throughout the process. A special thanks to Dr. Akhila, the pediatrician, for her care and expertise. I highly recommend this clinic for its exceptional service and dedicated staff.

I turned up at the doctors in tears after days in pain and left feeling better. I can not recommend this clinic enough. Especially Preeti. I've had a horrific January with health issues and she has just been so calm and professional with me. I am so grateful for doctors like this because I have been particularly anxious and unwell & sometimes a reassuring doctor makes a lot of difference. Thank you Preeti and all the other staff who did the blood tests etc.
I just visited Aster in JVC after a couple of months. The last time I visited was for my son's skin pigmentation. I need to share my experience. It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the availability of doctors, but ethics. I visited today because I wasn't feeling well, with a runny nose and flu-like symptoms since Sunday, and last night I wasn't well, so I didn't go to the office today. I felt fatigued and feverish, so I decided to visit the clinic to get some medication. nThe doctor, apart from prescribing cetirizine, also prescribed a 3-month Vitamin D3 supplement and another Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc supplement. I never mentioned anything related to joint pains, just a runny nose and fatigue. I take a daily multivitamin supplement in the morning, which covers everything. nI really think the doctors have been told to prescribe these supplements without even conducting tests on patients to determine if there is a deficiency of any vitamins and minerals. Needless to say, the pharmacy is also owned by Aster, which is Aster Pharmacy next to Aster Clinic. Never in my entire life, whether it was in Mumbai, India; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Muscat, Oman; or Dubai, UAE, has any doctor I visited for flu-like symptoms prescribed Vitamin D and other supplements. I have visited other clinics for the same flu-like symptoms prior to Aster in my 6 years in the UAE, but no doctor elsewhere prescribed such supplements. nMy pharmacy bill was 800+ AED, the majority of it being supplements. It's just that my insurance is full coverage, so it was covered. However, initially, they approved only one month of Vitamin D medication, but since the doctor had written it for 3 months, it was initially put on hold and later passed, for which the pharmacy was waiting for 3 months approval before delivering my medicines. nMy family doctor back in India is very clear: only take supplements if tests have been conducted and a deficiency is found. nI will share this experience with our HR Manager tomorrow and apprise them, as my medical insurance has full coverage provided by the company. nFor my son, I would have accepted that they prescribed Vitamin D and other supplements for his skin pigmentation issue, but for the flu, I cannot accept this. nThis was the last time I visited Aster Clinic. Next time, I will go to another clinic, not them.
