I visited Aster Clinic on the Al Kabayel Hypermarket Building, Jebel Ali Industrial Area on the 15th Sep around 9.30 PM after checking the website and found that the clinic was open till 11 PM. It was an emergency for my 83 year old father, who had an injury in the right thump and it was bleeding. All we wanted was to check the injured finger and apply proper medication. Unfortunately the staff was busy decorating the clinic for Onam celebration for next day and refused treatment saying there are no doctors available. Then we had to go to NMC hospital in DIP. We visited again the same Aster clinic after 2 days to clean and dress the wounded finger. Unfortunately the staff refused to check my father's hand saying they need full history of the injury and medical discharge report from NMC. Dear Aster Clinic Management,nnI am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at your Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1 clinic on the evening of 17th September 2024, at around 9:00 PM. I visited the clinic with my friend, who was unwell, and we encountered extremely rude and unhelpful behavior from the receptionist on duty. nWhen we asked for assistance regarding our insurance not being claimed at that clinic, we were met with dismissive responses. The receptionist informed us that she knew nothing about other nearby Aster clinics or where we could get treatment, despite our repeated requests for help. Her attitude was not only unprofessional towards us, but we also noticed she treated other patients similarly. nIn contrast, when we later visited the Aster Clinic in JAFZA, we received excellent care and hospitality, which is what we expect from a brand like Aster. nI kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that staff members at all your clinics are trained to handle patients with respect and professionalism, as this greatly impacts the clinic's goodwill.
