Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the standard of care I had expected from a reputed healthcare provider like Aster. nI found that the doctor lacked the necessary approach and attentiveness, especially when it came to conducting and advising on women's health-related tests. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the clinic did not have the required equipment operational at the time, which caused further delay and inconvenience. nIt was also concerning to observe that despite these limitations, tests were still being recommended and pushed--raising concerns that the primary focus may have shifted more towards insurance claims rather than patient well-being. nI truly believe in the quality Aster stands for, which is why I wanted to bring this matter to your attention.
