I had one of the best medical consultations at Aster Clinic Silicon Oasis with Dr. Upendra J. Shah and Sister Anjana Lal from the cardiology department. Dr. Shah is extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained everything about my condition, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Sister Anjana Lal was also very kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. I truly appreciated the way they listened carefully, provided clear explanations, and showed genuine compassion. The service at Aster Clinic Silicon Oasis was smooth and very professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy and professional cardiac care. ⭐

Not recommended. They are unable to manage the huge number of patients coming to the clinic with only two person at the counter of which some of one of them is not available. There is no proper system in place. they submit the insurance request for tests manually which take a huge time. doctor gave incorrect code for us and insurance could not be submitted. When I went to check after waiting for 40 mins then they checked the told the code was incorrect and they will check with the doctor and submit again. we waited from 6:45 to 9pm and faced all this and then left the clinic. Today i visited the aster clinic on an emergency... My daughter was very sick with extremely high fever. Even being such a busy clinic they treated my daughter so fast and gave priority to the emergency. I am really thankful to Doctor charu the pediatrician and the nurse and all the staff who handled the matter with so much care and so promptly. This is the best clinic i visited in the last 10 years ❤️ 👍

I visited this clinic and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, easily accessible, and there is ample parking space available, which is a huge plus. The token system was efficient, and I didn’t have to wait too long to see the doctor. There is a good number of doctors available, so patients have options depending on their needs. The staff was very cooperative and well-organized, making the entire process smooth. They were polite, attentive, and ensured everything was handled professionally. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for its great location, hassle-free parking, quick token system, and excellent staff support. A truly satisfying healthcare experience!

Patient Rights & Pharmacy Choice Should Be Respected I recently visited Aster Clinic in Dubai. The doctor consultation was fine, but the prescription handling process is concerning. The prescription was automatically routed to the in-house pharmacy without asking for my consent. When I went to the pharmacy, there was a long queue. After waiting, the pharmacist further delayed the process for insurance approval. Meanwhile, the prescription was sent to my mobile through the app. My question is simple: Why is the prescription automatically routed to the in-house pharmacy without asking the patient? As a patient, I have the right to: • Choose any pharmacy • Decide where to process insurance • Avoid unnecessary waiting The automated routing appears designed for internal revenue control rather than patient convenience. If the prescription is already available digitally, patients should be clearly informed that they are free to purchase medicines from any pharmacy. Healthcare should prioritize patient convenience and rights — not force a system that increases waiting time. I request Aster management to clarify: 1. Is patient consent taken before routing prescriptions internally? 2. Are patients informed of their right to buy elsewhere? 3. Why must patients wait for insurance approval inside the clinic pharmacy if they prefer another pharmacy? I hope this process is reviewed in the interest of transparency and patient rights.
