    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Aster Clinic, Al Khail Mall. Despite booking an appointment with the doctor for 11:40 AM and arriving 5 minutes early, I had to wait unnecessarily long. nAfter completing my initial registration and check-up procedures, I waited for nearly 20-30 minutes. However, I noticed that patients who arrived after me and were issued token numbers after mine were treated before me. Specifically, my token number was 204, but a patient with token number 207 was examined before me. nThis clearly reflects a lack of adherence to the clinic's own queue management system. If the process of issuing token numbers is not being followed, it defeats the entire purpose of having a token system in place. Such mismanagement is highly unprofessional and unfair, especially in a healthcare setting where patients rely on timely and organized service. nI sincerely hope the clinic addresses this issue to prevent similar experiences for other patients in the future. nAdditional Disappointment - Review Dated 29-04-2025nnI am deeply disappointed to receive phone calls from Aster Clinic at inappropriate hours -- specifically at 09:24 PM and again at 10:08 PM -- while I was asleep due to medication. I deliberately rejected the first call, expecting the matter to be addressed during regular hours. However, receiving a second call late at night left me with no option but to answer and request that I only be contacted between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM. nWhile I appreciate that Aster Clinic is following up regarding my existing complaint, it is unacceptable to contact a patient so late in the evening. Is 10:00 PM really the only time your team finds suitable to call??????????nnThis shows a serious gap in customer care awareness and consideration for patient well-being. I urge you to educate your staff on appropriate contact hours.

I feel it is important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision. nDuring my visit, my insurance was also billed more than AED 1,000 and they charged me AED 50 per visit after 3 days same doctor they charge me another AED 50 and they tried to billed me additional Vitamin i refused and rejected why i have to pay vitamin i dont needed. Additionally, I was prescribed four weeks' worth of medication, which seemed excessive given my condition. What concerned me most was that the doctor instructed the cashier to process the charge without thoroughly explaining the details to me. Transparency in medical expenses is essential, and patients should always feel confident that their treatment is truly necessary and in their best interest. nPharmacy bid my insurance and doctor change mind to cancel medicine (why ?? Looks weird )nnud83cudf89ud83cudf89u26a0ufe0fDoctors hold an honorable and respected position in society. They are the heroes who dedicate their lives to healing and saving others, and with that comes great responsibility. Health is valuable, but integrity is number one. Patients should feel they are receiving care that is based on necessity and ethics, rather than just transactionsud83cudf89ud83cudf89ud83cudf89nnAdditionally, the front desk staff, particularly the ladies, could benefit from additional training in hospitality and customer service. A warm, welcoming attitude and clear communication are fundamental in creating a positive patient experience. Unfortunately, the reception I encountered felt distant and impersonal, which only added to my concerns. nI truly hope Ashter takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve its standards. While this was my first visit, I regret to say it will likely be my last. I sincerely hope that future patients receive a more positive and reassuring experience.

    I have visited the clinic for a regular check-up. The experience was very smooth and handled very well. Naveen was very professional and managed the insurance process and personally took care of sending to every department. Nurse staff Suji who took the blood and conducted the ECG was trying to put every patient at ease and handled the entire process smoothly with a smile. The X-ray technician Shivaji was also very professional and conducted the X-ray session very smoothly. Not but not least, Dr. Manoj T Felix is a gem of a person. A meeting with him is enough to cure whatever problem you may be going through. He is a great consultant and suggests remedies and also is available for follow-ups on WhatsApp. This is a service par excellence. In short Aster clinic, Al Khail is a great place to visit for any medical issues you may have.
